Blue Winter – fresh less sweet mulled wine made from blueberry wine. 10% alcohol.
The name “Blue Winter” gives a clear indication of the content. At its core is a wine made from blueberries, which together with classic winter spices such as bitter orange, cardamom, cinnamon, cloves and ginger create an elegant and balanced taste experience. The natural acidity of blueberries rounds off the sweetness in a pleasant way and results in a fresher mulled wine.
With an alcohol content of 10% vol. the alcohol stays in the background in terms of flavor, allowing the berries and spices to take center stage.
